What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing Time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, the order is checked, approved, and packaged. The parcel is then prepared for shipment.
2. Shipping Time
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by local handler.
All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage of the parcel.
Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
Orders can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do so, click “Track Your Order” in the main menu of our website.
For logistical reasons, an order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
If tracking still does not show any information after several days, please contact customer service.
